متجري تطبيق لإدارة البقالات: المخزون، المبيعات، الديون، المصروفات والموظفين. هذه الصفحة تشرح البيانات التي نجمعها ولماذا، وكيف يمكنك حذف حسابك.
١.البيانات التي نجمعها

٢.أذونات التطبيق
- الكاميرا — لقراءة الباركود وتصوير المنتجات. لا تعمل إلا عند فتحك لها.
- الصور — لاختيار صورة منتج أو شعار.
- البصمة / بصمة الوجه — لفتح التطبيق. تتم على جهازك فقط ولا تصل إلينا.
- الإشعارات — للتنبيهات مثل قرب انتهاء صلاحية منتج أو نقص المخزون.
التطبيق لا يطلب إذن الميكروفون أو الموقع أو جهات الاتصال.
٣.مع من نشارك البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك. نستخدم مزوّدي خدمة محدودين لتشغيل التطبيق:

الفهرس المشترك. عندما تُسجّل منتجاً له باركود وتكتب اسمه، يدخل هذا الاسم — مع الباركود — في فهرس مشترك تراه بقية متاجر متجري. هذا هو ما يجعل المتجر الجديد يجد اسم المنتج جاهزاً بدل كتابة كل صنف من الصفر.
٤.مدة الحفظ
تبقى بيانات متجرك ما دام حسابك قائماً — الدفاتر المحاسبية لا معنى لها إذا اختفت. أمّا السجلات التي نحفظها لأمن الحساب، فلكل نوع مدة محدّدة:

٥.الاشتراك والدفع
متجري يُباع باشتراك سنوي. لا توجد أي عملية دفع داخل التطبيق. التطبيق لا يطلب بيانات بطاقة، ولا يعرض صفحة دفع، ولا يستلم أي مبلغ. نحن لا نجمع ولا نحفظ أي وسيلة دفع، ولا تصل أي بيانات بطاقة أو حساب بنكي خاصة بك إلينا ولا إلى أي مزوّد خدمة لدينا.
يُرتَّب الاشتراك معنا مباشرة خارج التطبيق، ويُفعَّل من طرفنا يدويًا. ولا نحفظ على حسابك سوى نوع الخطة، وتاريخ انتهاء المدة الحالية، وسجلّ عمليات التفعيل والتجديد التي نفّذناها. لا يُحفَظ أي شيء عن طريقة دفعك داخل التطبيق ولا في قاعدة بياناته.
٦.إغلاق الحساب وحذف بياناتك
١) الإغلاق الفوري — من داخل التطبيق: القائمة ← الحساب ← إغلاق الحساب.
يسري فوراً: يتوقف الحساب نهائياً، وتُنهى كل الجلسات على كل الأجهزة، وتُؤرشف محلاتك، ولا يمكن تسجيل الدخول مرة أخرى. إعادة الفتح لا تتم من داخل التطبيق، بل بالتواصل معنا.
الإغلاق وحده لا يمسح اسمك ورقم هاتفك من السجل: تبقيان مربوطتين بالعمليات التي سجّلتها، حتى تظل دفاتر المتجر قادرة على أن تقول من سجّل كل عملية. إن أردت مسحها، اطلب ذلك:
٢) الحذف الكامل — بطلب منك: أرسل طلباً من الرقم أو البريد المسجّل إلى privacy@matjariapp.com. نتحقّق من هويتك أولاً، ثم نمسح خلال ٣٠ يوماً:

ما يبقى بعد ذلك: سجلات المبيعات والديون والمخزون والمصروفات تبقى مرتبطة بالمتجر. يظل السجل يقول إن هذه العملية سجّلها هذا الحساب، لكن الحساب لم يعد يحمل اسمك: نضع مكانه «محذوف ٤٤٤٢١» — رقم حسابك، لا اسمك.
تُحذف النسخ الاحتياطية خلال ٣٠ يوماً وتختفي بياناتك منها عند انتهاء تلك المدة. لا نعيد كتابة نسخة احتياطية قديمة، لأن نسخة مُعاد كتابتها تفقد قيمتها كنسخة.
٧.الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه لأصحاب المحلات وموظفيهم، وغير مخصص لمن هم دون ١٨ عاماً.

Matjari is a shop-management app for small grocery stores: inventory, sales, customer credit, expenses and staff. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to delete your account.
1.What we collect

2.Permissions
- Camera — barcode scanning and product photos, only while you use it.
- Photos — choosing a product image or logo.
- Biometrics — unlocking the app. Handled entirely on your device; we never receive it.
- Notifications — alerts such as expiring stock or low inventory.
The app does not request microphone, location or contacts.
3.Who we share with
We do not sell your data. We use a small number of processors:

The shared catalog. When you register a product that has a barcode and type its name, that name — with the barcode — goes into a shared catalog visible to other Matjari shops. It is what lets a new shop find a product already named instead of typing every item from scratch.
4.Retention
Shop data is kept while your account exists — accounting records are worthless if they vanish. The records we keep for account security each have a fixed window:

5.Subscription and payment
Matjari is sold as a yearly subscription. There is no payment flow in the app. It never asks for card details, never shows a checkout and never takes money. We do not collect or store any payment instrument, and no card or bank data of yours reaches us or any processor of ours.
A subscription is arranged with us directly, outside the app, and activated by hand on our side. Against your account we keep only which plan it is, when the current term ends, and a record of the activations and renewals we have applied. Nothing about how you paid is stored in the app or in the database behind it.
6.Closing your account and deleting your data
1) Immediate — in the app: Menu → Account → Close account.
This takes effect at once: the account stops working permanently, every session on every device is revoked, your shops are archived, and signing in again is impossible. Reopening is not available in the app — it means contacting us.
Closing on its own does not erase your name and phone number from the record: they stay attached to the entries you made, so the shop's books can still say who recorded what. If you want them erased, ask:
2) Full erasure — on request: email privacy@matjariapp.com from your registered phone or address. We verify your identity first, then within 30 days we erase:

What remains after that: sales, credit, stock and expense records stay attached to the shop. The record still says this account made this entry — but the account no longer carries your name: in its place we write "محذوف 44421", your account number rather than your name.
Backups are deleted within 30 days and your data disappears from them when that window ends. We do not rewrite an older backup: a rewritten backup is no longer worth having as a backup.
7.Children
Matjari is for shopkeepers and their staff and is not directed at anyone under 18.
